FRESH START: this program is designed to increase self-awareness, acquiring the courage to challenge outdated beliefs, mindsets, values, and principals

SUIT UP: Participants will learn the attributes of the four general personality types and come to better understand their related strengths, learning styles, leadership styles, perceptions, and communication styles.

F.A.C.T.S: F.A.C.T.S’s mission is to train men and women in effective communication and facilitation techniques while assisting them in the development of self-confidence, cultivation of leadership skills, and the continuum of personal growth. We provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment for the continued maintenance of these learned skills.

U.N.I.T.E: Uplifting Nationwide Interdependence Through Education

This program is designed for persons re-entering society following periods of incarceration with the following objective:

  1. Strive towards strengthening our inner being by acknowledging and accepting certain things about ourselves, honestly and diligently working towards making positive changes, building upon our strengths and characteristics and strengthening and improving our weaker ones, gaining a more positive perspective ourselves

  2. Thoroughly prepare for a return to society as productive individuals by education ourselves, learning to become better men and women for our families and communities, learning troubleshooting techniques through self-evaluation and practice, developing resources and skills as an alternative to criminal behavior

  3. Open a dialogue between individuals that normally wouldn’t interact with one another. Bridge the gaps within ourselves in hopes of bringing forth the best versions of ourselves, and bridge the gaps between one another

MENTOR SELF-IMPROVEMENT 12-MONTH PROGRAM:

This 12-month program is divided into 12 monthly segments consisting of the following topics:

  •  Introductory Workshop

  •  Self-Analysis

  •  Developing Pro-Social Skills

  •  Cipher-Session (Open forum group discussion)

  •  Conflict Resolution (Effective Problem Solving)

  •  Emotional Maturity and Anger Management

  •  The C.H.A.N.G.E. Phase

  •  Parenting and Family Connections

  •  Mother/Fatherhood and Woman/Manhood

  • Leadership

  • Personal Finance and Financial Management

  • Transition

YOUTH ADVOCACY and RE-ENTRY SUPPORT SERVICES:
We are leading programs within the Juvenile Detention Centers, and are set to enter the Juvenile Rehabilitation Facilities in Western Washington.
