Gerael Patterson
Gerael Patterson is the Lifestyle Etiquette Coordinator at Mentor Seattle Inc., where he is dedicated to helping youth unlock their potential through confidence, compassion, and character-building. With a calm presence and a firm but caring approach, Gerael guides young people toward becoming their best selves—inside and out.
His journey began with a passion for structure and transformation. Growing up, Gerael saw firsthand how the right guidance at the right time can change a life. That passion led him to work closely with private families and youth in crisis, using etiquette as a powerful tool for self-worth, respect, and social growth.
As part of his work at Mentor Seattle Inc., Gerael created the Rich Brilliant Minds Empowerment Code—a 12-week etiquette and leadership curriculum that adds tremendous value to the organization’s mission. The program is designed to instill life skills, professionalism, and purpose, blending traditional values with modern relevance to help shape confident and capable young leaders.
Outside of coaching, Gerael enjoys fitness, reading on personal development, and exploring different cultures—believing that etiquette isn’t about perfection, but connection. His work is rooted in patience, presence, and purpose.
NATHANIEL WELLS
Nathaniel Wells is a certified financial coach and the Program Director at Mentor Seattle Inc., where he leads transformative programs focused on youth empowerment, reentry support, and community-based financial education. After serving 11 years in federal prison, Nathaniel returned with a mission to rewrite the narrative—not just for himself, but for anyone who’s ever been counted out. His personal journey fuels his passion for impact, allowing him to connect with justice-involved individuals and at-risk youth in a way that’s both authentic and powerful. Through Mentor Seattle, he has become a trusted leader, using real-life experience to guide others toward stability, opportunity, and purpose.
Nathaniel’s flagship course, The Boss Up Blueprint: Financial Literacy for Real Life, is a hands-on, no-nonsense program that teaches the fundamentals of budgeting, credit building, debt management, and wealth creation. Designed to meet people where they are, his curriculum offers more than financial knowledge—it delivers a mindset shift. His approach blends education with empowerment, helping participants reclaim control over their futures and build lives rooted in stability and self-worth. From locked up to leveling up, Nathaniel Wells is proof that redemption isn’t just possible—it’s powerful.
